Cancellation Policy
Cancel any time. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account stays open for 12 months — your invoices, clients and job history are all still there, and you can still add new ones. What stops is your monthly allowance of nudges. Any SMS credits you have bought are yours to keep and never expire, so nudges keep sending until those run out. Nothing is deleted when you cancel. You can resubscribe at any time, and you will need to once the 12 months are up.
